Frequently Asked Questions

Are your services covered by insurance?

Yes; Craniosacral therapy is a subspecialty in the scope of practice of a Registered Massage Therapist, and most extended health care benefits plans cover Registered Massage Therapists.  Depending on your insurance company, you may need an MD’s referral note for a Registered Massage Therapist to be submitted with receipts from our office.

Most benefits plans have an annual limit and some have a per session limit.

Please note that you are responsible for full payment of fees regardless of reimbursement from insurance companies.

Fees are due and payable at time of service unless alternate arrangements are discussed in advance.   You will be provided with a receipt to submit to the insurer for reimbursement.

Payment can be made preferably by cash, cheque, or debit (Interac).  Visa or Mastercard are also accepted if necessary.

Please note that the full fee will be charged for appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

Currently OHIP does not cover these services.
